  Brought my IMac here because the wait at the Apple Store in the Westchester was a week and I needed by mac back sooner. What a mistake! The hard drive was failing because the fan that cooled it stopped working; Instead of diagnosing the problem, they just put it a new hard drive and of course the unit still ran very hot and another hard drive failure was imminent only a week later. To compound matters they didn't put the screen back on properly after working on the unit and there were dust specks visible under the screen. I finally took it back to the Apple Store in the Westchester where they properly diagnosed and fixed it.
